So why not enjoy that feeling everyday by living at the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton? I am going to show you FIVE STAR LUXURY LIVING AT ITS FINEST!
The condo building is located next to the famous Ritz Carlton hotel in Center City. The hotel is the Ritz Hotel and the condos are called The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton. Just to be clear, they are in separate buildings but next to each other.
Perfectly situated in the Rittenhouse and Avenue of the Arts area of Center City Philly. This is really a great area of the city to live in. You're right in the center of everything. Urban living at its finest. If you are looking to spend on a luxury residence, this building should be on your list.
So in summary of this section - the location section - If you work anywhere near city hall, you'll love the convenience of this condo building as you are steps away. These condos are steps away from fine dining, one-of-a-kind shopping, world-renowned cultural destinations, rich history, and exciting nightlife.
Built between 2005 and 2009, the building is a high rise condominium with 48 stories and 270 units.
The are one, two and three bedroom units available. All modern and beautiful. There are occasionally penthouse units available and there is no standard configuration for those.
The units have walls of floor to ceiling windows so you'll have a lot of natural light and many of them overlook city hall with splendid views of the city.
There are many different configurations and floor-plans available. Some corner units. Some with balconies, etc.
The floors look beautiful and you have state of the art kitchens with VIKING, MIELE, and SUBZERO appliances.
You'll get nice sized bedrooms, also with lots of natural light.
Gorgeous bathrooms, glass showers, double sinks, and soaking tubs.
And of course, in-unit washer and dryers.
Let's talk Amenities. This is going to take a while as amenities at the Residences at the Ritz are hard to beat! Owners get the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Hotel like room service.
You've got a doorman and front desk as usual but the front desk here is actually a full concierge, helping with reservations, travel, etc. This building is very well run.
As with a number of other high end luxury condos in the area, you'll have a chauffeur service to take you around the city. The valet area is also covered and heated.
If you like to stay healthy and fit, the fitness center here is stellar. Honestly, not many other buildings in the area can compete. Suffice it to say they actually have a squat rack and a curl bar. There is also a separate yoga or pilates room. These both overlook City Hall.
Continuing on our fitness topic, there is also an indoor pool and hot tub.
Other amenities include a residential lounge with an outdoor patio area, a theater room, and an outdoor gated garden area.
The building is pet friendly and even has a dog run. To my knowledge ONLY two condo buildings in Center City have a dog run/ park for dogs and the Ritz is one of them.
Some units come with one or more parking licenses and some have none. Sometimes you can be a license from another owner.
So what does a condo in the Ritz cost?
Well to give you an idea, the median sales price in 2022 was around $575,000 for a one bedroom and around $1.4 million for a two bedroom and around $1.6 Million for a three bedroom unit. Penthouse units get into the high millions and tens of millions.
Let's not forget about the condo fees which pay for some of the upkeep and amenities. The monthly fee depends on a # of factors but the average for a one bedroom is around $1,200 per month, $2,000 for a two bedroom and around $3,500 for a three bedroom.
