  • We are not responsible for any negligence of the cleaning service.
  • The cleaning service only services Center City Philly and the nearby areas. So, if you win and live in the suburbs, you won't be able to receive your prize. However, we can hold your free year of cleaning for up to one year after winning - until you move into the area.
  • Licensed Real Estate Agents or assistants are not allowed to participate.
  • One entry per household permitted.
  • The winner will be announced via our weekly emails. If you unsubscribe from our weekly email, you'll make us cry and also foriet your raffle submission.
  • Currently, one winner will be chosen every six months. We reserve the rigth to choose a winner more frequently than twice per year or less frequently.
